How To Cook Bread Pizza With Sausage, Mozzarella And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bread pizza with sausage, mozzarella and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of white bread
  • 70 grams of sausage
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • 2-3 tablespoons ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 10 olives
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread lengthwise into two equal parts. Carefully carve the inside of them, from which you can make croutons for soup, for example.

You could make a pizza from just one half and close with the other, or bake two loaves of pizza.

Spread ketchup (or tomato sauce) on the inside of the formed bread bowls. You can also use mayonnaise if you prefer.

Cut the mozzarella into circles and place on top of the tomato layer. Thin slices of sausage follow.

Arrange cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and olives on top.

Prepare the other pizza in the same way. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes.

Have a good time!
