Necessary products:

400 grams of bread (slices about 1 cm thick)

4 eggs

300 milliliters of fresh milk

300 milliliters of cooking cream

140 grams of sugar

vanilla to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the eggs with the sugar, pour in the warm milk, cream and vanilla. Stir, you will get a fluffy mixture with a nice color. Dip slices of bread in it, they should be well watered.

Grease a suitable form with oil, arrange the slices in it, pour the rest of the mixture over them and bake the pudding in the oven for 30 minutes.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar when it cools.

Serve the dish warm, but even if it stays for the next day, it is delicious enough.
