How To Cook Bread Pudding With Mushrooms, Bacon And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 cups (with a capacity of 250 milliliters) diced bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 grams of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup tea (250 milliliters) sour cream
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese (grated)
  • spices


Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bread pieces until golden.

Heat oil / butter in a pan and fry onions in it. When soft, add the mushrooms, bacon and cook for 8-10 minutes. Forge.

Beat the eggs together with the cream and yellow cheese (leave some of the yellow cheese to sprinkle) in a large bowl. Pour the croutons and mushroom stuffing with the bacon into this mixture.

Mix the products and transfer them to a greased pan. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake in a hot oven for about 25-30 minutes.

An exquisite fluffy bread pudding is obtained.
