Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 300 grams of white flour
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 5 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 grams of dry yeast
  • 150-200 milliliters of warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
  • 10 grams of black sesame seeds
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • 10 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 10 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, mix the two types of flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add the soda to the yoghurt and after it foams, add it to the first mixture. Add fenugreek, olive oil and half of all the seeds.

Stir, pour the water and make a meat dough. Form a ball, put it in a bowl and cover the dish with a damp cloth. Combine the remaining seeds and stir.

Transfer the risen bread to a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with seeds and preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes and cool. Cut and serve.
