How To Cook Bread Without Kneading With Sunflower And Oatmeal - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of white flour
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 100 grams of peeled sunflower
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 300 milliliters of warm water
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, prepare the elongated cake pan and grease it with olive oil or cover with a sheet of parchment. In a bowl put the two types of flour, salt, sugar, yeast and soda quenched in lemon juice.

Add the seeds, oats, water and olive oil. Stir with a wooden stirrer until the ingredients are mixed and you get a sticky mixture.

Pour it into the form and let the dough double in volume. After 30 minutes, bake the bread until golden brown, usually taking about 30-35 minutes. Cool the bread, wrap it in a damp cloth and after it cools completely, cut it. Serve and enjoy its rich taste.
