Sift the flour, mix it with the milk, eggs, sugar and finely chopped dill. Stir well so that no lumps remain. Bake thin pancakes.
Boil the eggs, peel them and cut into circles. Cut the ham into thin slices and grate the yellow cheese. Do not mix the products.
Put pieces of ham, two circles of eggs on each pancake and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Close the filling by folding the pancake into a package / envelope.
Beat the egg with salt to taste, pour the breadcrumbs in a suitable bowl.
Dip the pancake packets in the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
