Required products :

  • 400 grams of pork liver
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 1 onion or more if you prefer
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs or as needed
  • salt and pepper, other suitable spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Clean the liver from the bile ducts and membranes, dry it with a towel and cut into large pieces, which are seasoned with freshly ground black pepper, other suitable spices and salt.

 

Roll the pieces in breadcrumbs and arrange them in a pan in which you have previously heated some of the butter.

 

Fry on both sides until desired (some prefer semi-raw liver) and remove to a plate.

 

Fry onion slices in the same pan, adding the remaining oil.

 

Serve the liver with onions and your favorite garnish.
