Required products :

50 pitted olives
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan
1/4 teaspoon flour
1 egg
frying oil

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the ricotta, cream cheese, hot sauce and honey. Stir until smooth. Fill the olives with a pastry syringe. You can also use a simple plastic bag for this purpose, cutting one of its corners.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese, beat the egg in a separate bowl, pour the flour into a third.

Roll the olives first in the flour, then dip in the egg and finish the breading with the breadcrumbs and parmesan. Fry until golden in hot oil and serve with beer.
