How To Cook Bruschetta With Cream, Capers And Smoked Salmon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bruschetta with cream, capers and smoked salmon". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 baguette, cut into slices
  • 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon fillet
  • 1 handful of capers
  • 150 grams of natural cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill

 

Method of preparation:

 

Arrange the slices of bread on a tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake them for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

When ready, spread cream cheese, salt and pepper, garnish with slices of smoked salmon, capers and fresh dill stalks. Serve and enjoy.
