How To Cook Brussels Sprouts Salad With Honey And Mustard Dressing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Brussels sprouts salad with honey and mustard dressing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

for dressing :

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

for the salad :

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1 large apple, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 4 green onions, chopped

for garnish (optional) :

  • crispy bacon, cut into cubes
  • roasted walnuts

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Stir in olive oil, honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. 

Season the Brussels sprouts, apple and green onions with the dressing.

 

Cover with a lid and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve the salad, garnishing with bacon and walnuts if desired.
