Required products :

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 banana
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5-2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation :

Wash the buckwheat well with cold water. Pour the beans into a saucepan, fill with clean cold water and wait for it to boil. Then reduce the temperature and cook the buckwheat for 15-20 minutes. The nipples should absorb the liquid and soften. Stir several times during the heat treatment so that they do not stick to the bottom of the dish.

When the buckwheat softens, pour the milk, stir and let it boil. Cook for another 5-8 minutes (until the beans are fully cooked). If you prefer more liquid porridges, use more milk.

Season with salt and sugar, stir to dissolve.

Peel a banana, cut it into small pieces, leave a few of them to decorate the porridge, and mix the rest with the buckwheat. Stir, cook for a minute or two and remove the dish from the heat. If you do not want to feel the pieces of fruit, puree the banana in advance.

Finally, add the butter, stir and leave the porridge under a lid for 3-4 minutes.

Before serving, decorate with the separated banana pieces.

Enjoy!
