Method of preparation:
Boil the buckwheat in water, add salt (when the liquid boils, reduce the heat and cook for about 20 minutes, no water should remain in the pot).
Then wrap the pot with the beans with a suitable warm blanket (towel or other) and place for a few minutes in the oven, turned on low heat.
Cut the garlic, fry it in oil, add the buckwheat and stir.
Pour the porridge into a plate.
Roast the walnuts in a dry pan, then peel them and put them in the porridge. You can season with soy sauce.
