Learn how to cook "Buckwheat porridge with prunes and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 cup buckwheat
100 grams of prunes
100 grams of walnuts
water
left
vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the buckwheat and pour it into a dry heated pan. Bake for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add a tablespoon of vegetable fat.
Wash the prunes and soak them in hot water for a while to soften. Grind the walnuts.
Mix the buckwheat, walnuts and plums in a suitable bowl. Pour boiling water over everything, add a pinch of salt, close the pot with a lid and place on the stove. Let the porridge cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Serve immediately. You can garnish with sour cream or other cream.
