How To Cook Buckwheat With Beans, Mushrooms And Pickles In A Pot - Recipe

Required products :

 

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of pickles
  • 150 grams of canned beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable broth or water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation :

Cut onions and pickles into semicircles and mushrooms into pieces.

Fry the onion until golden in olive oil, add the cucumbers and pour the tomato sauce from the canned beans. Stew for about 3 minutes, put the mushrooms and beans, leave everything to cook for 5 minutes.

Clean and wash the buckwheat. Add it to the stewed products and transfer the resulting mixture to a pot.

Heat the broth (or water), add the spices and pour into the pot. The mixture should occupy half of the vessel and the liquid should be 2-3 centimeters above the products.

Cover with a lid and place in the oven. Let the dish cook for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
