How To Cook Buckwheat With Mushrooms And Onions In A Casserole - Recipe

Required products :

1 cup buckwheat

500 grams of white mushrooms (can mushrooms)

2 medium onions

1 large carrot

2 teaspoons water

salt and pepper to taste

dill

oil

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. Add the grated carrots, 3-4 minutes later add the mushrooms. Fry everything for 10 - 12 minutes.

Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl with the washed buckwheat. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped dill and distribute in pots along with the juice separated from the mushrooms. Pour water, the buckwheat should be completely covered. Close with lids and place the pots in the oven. Turn it on and let the dish cook for an hour and a half.

Then turn off and do not remove the pots until cool.
