Boil the bulgur (you can pre-soak it in water to make it cook faster).
Wash, dry and chop the spinach leaves. Bake the peppers and cherry tomatoes in the oven at 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes on the grill function, then peel them, cut the peppers and grind and salt the tomatoes.
Cut the hot pepper into circles.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a suitable pan and put the spinach. Let it fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat, stirring all the time. Then add the sweet pepper, bulgur, fry for another 2 minutes and distribute the garnish on a plate.
Drizzle with tomato sauce and enjoy!
