How To Cook Butter Baklava With Cream, Walnuts And Raisins - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter baklava with cream, walnuts and raisins". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

300 grams of cream (with a fat content of 15%)

200 grams of butter

5 eggs

150 grams of sugar

300 grams of walnuts

flour (as much as it takes)

sol

soda

raisins

vanilla

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the raisins, crush the walnuts finely. In a deep bowl, pour flour and put the softened butter and 4 egg yolks. Leave the fifth to spread on the top layer. Then add the cream, a pinch of salt and a little soda. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator. Knead a firm dough (it will turn out oily), wrap it in plastic wrap and let it "rest" in the refrigerator. When you take it out, divide it into 3 parts, which you roll out according to the size of the dish.

Prepare the filling. Beat the 5 egg whites to a froth, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla. Pour the raisins and walnuts into the already beaten egg whites.

Put one layer of dough on the bottom of the pan, spread half of the filling, repeat the arrangement and finish with the third layer of dough. Spread it with the reserved yolk. Holding the top layer, cut the baklava into pieces. Place in a cold oven, then turn it to 100 degrees. Let the pie bake for 90-100 minutes. Cut the finished baklava once more along the remaining contours, because the cuts are filled with stuffing.

Another option for making is to form rolls of dough in which to have the filling and then bake.

Enjoy your meal!
