How To Cook Butter Cake With Walnuts, Caramel And Apples - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2/3 tea cups sour cream
  • 2 tea cups grated apples, drained
  • 1 cup roasted and ground walnuts

 

for caramel

 

  • 1 teaspoon whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter with a pinch of salt

 

for the oil glaze

 

  • 225 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 box of creamy condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 tablespoons caramel

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cardamom. Set aside and in another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and continue beating, gradually adding the sugar, fat and cream.

Carefully combine the two mixtures and add the apples. Grease and flour a cake tin, pour the mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool the resulting loaf and cut it into three parts.
Prepare the caramel by heating the cream and adding the sugar and salt. Stir and pour the resulting sauce into a bowl and cool.

 

In another bowl, place the butter with the sugar, condensed milk, caramel and cinnamon. Beat until the products are homogeneous and spread the first layer of cream and garnish with walnuts for an hour. Put the second part of the cake, glaze it with caramel and turn it over the butter layer.

Cover again with milk cream, then with some caramel and walnuts. Prepare the third loaf in the same way, cover the surface with butter cream and smooth. Put part of it in a kitchen bag and decorate. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and decorate with liquid caramel. Cool the cake, cut and serve.
