Required products :

300 grams butter
60 grams honey
2/3 teaspoon grated nutmeg
200 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 grams sesame paste tahini
150 grams wholemeal flour
330 grams plain wheat flour

Method of preparation :

Put the softened butter in the bowl of a blender or food processor.

Add honey.

Sugar and salt follow.

Grated nutmeg.

Finally, sesame paste.

Beat all products until smooth.

Then add the flour.

Knead the dough.

It will be soft and may be a little sticky, but it will be easy to process and will retain its shape.
In case your mixture is more liquid and spills, add another spoonful of flour. Refrigerate for an hour.

Then form walnut-sized balls and arrange them in a tray covered with parchment.

Flatten the cakes with a fork, forming furrows and giving the appearance of flat cookies.

Bake them at 200 degrees in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Do not toast them to keep them soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Enjoy your meal!
