How To Cook Butter Pie With Sorrel, Sun-dried Tomatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 200 grams of sorrel leaves
  • 170 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 100 grams of cheese (you can also use feta)
  • 2 eggs

 

Method of preparation :

Boil sorrel leaves, drain the liquid and leave to cool. Then squeeze and cut.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces, add them to the sorrel, add the shredded cheese and eggs. Mix the filling well.

Roll out the dough thoroughly, place in a greased pan and cover the sides of the dish. Cut the protruding edges. Spread the mixture on the base and cover with the remaining pieces of dough.

Bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 160 - 180 degrees until a beautiful golden color (about 30 minutes are enough).
