How To Cook Butter Ribbons With Honey And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey
  • 30 grams of granulated sugar
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 egg yolk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Thaw and cut the puff pastry into equal-sized strips. Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment, wind all the strips in a spiral and arrange them.

Glaze with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and honey. Serve and enjoy.
