How To Cook Butter Tears With Prosciutto, Cheese And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 150-200 grams of finely grated yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of prosciutto
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a rectangular pan with a sheet of parchment. Thaw the dough and spread it on a floured surface. Put the tomato puree in a bowl and add the oregano, basil, savory, salt and pepper.

Mix until homogeneous and spread the dough evenly. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and finely chopped parsley. Put the prosciutto in a blender, grind and sprinkle with marshmallows. Put a few sprigs of fresh thyme in several places and gently roll the dough.

Use a sharp knife to cut it lengthwise and arrange the cuttings in the tray. Bake for 20 minutes, cool and serve with salted tears. Make a sauce of your choice and garnish with it.
