Learn how to cook "Tartlets and cookies from butter apple dough with cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams butter
2 tea cups flour
1 teaspoon dried apples
1/2 teaspoon sugar for the dough + 2 teaspoons for the cream
1 egg (the yolk for the dough and the egg white for the cream)
cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely grind the apples.
Using a mixer, beat the butter with the resulting apple flour, wheat, sugar and egg yolk. Add cinnamon to taste.
Divide half of the dough into tartlet (or muffin) tins, and form cookies from the rest using shapes of your choice.
Bake both the tartlets and the cakes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
When the tartlets have cooled, put a little of the cream in each and decorate with pieces of dried apples. Serve the cookies just like that.
The dessert is ready.
