Learn how to cook "Caesar salad with tomatoes, quail eggs and parmesan". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken fillet
  • 9 quail eggs
  • 160 grams of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3-4 slices of bread (white)
  • 2/3 tea parmesan
  • mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and spices for chicken

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread into small cubes (with a side of about a centimeter), pour them on a sheet of parchment in a pan, sprinkle with olive oil, stir and bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy (at 180 degrees). Stir periodically to bake evenly. Once they are ready, remove them immediately, because they can burn out in just a minute.

Wash the fillet and sprinkle generously with chicken spices. Leave for about an hour to taste, then bake on both sides until golden brown in a pan or use a grill.
Be careful not to get too dry.

Boil the quail eggs, pour cold water to cool faster, then peel and cut in half.

Form the salad in the following sequence:

  • first row - iceberg lettuce leaves, you can chop them and season to taste;
  • second row - tomatoes, cut into small pieces, pieces of chicken;
  • third row - halves of quail eggs and crispy croutons;
  • fourth row - grated Parmesan cheese.

You are ready to serve the appetizing appetizer.

Have a good time!
