Necessary products:

200 grams of butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon sugar

blackberry jam or other of your choice (to be thick)

2 teaspoons baking powder or 1 teaspoon baking soda (quenched in vinegar)

flour

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the butter. Put baking powder or baking soda (quenched in vinegar) and then flour as needed to make a thick dough that peels off your hands. Tear off a piece of it (as big as a fist) and put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Put the remaining amount on the bottom of a round dish, leaving the dough on the walls. Place the jam on top and "close" with the edges. Then take the dough out of the freezer and grate it on the cake. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
