Necessary products:

For swamps:

6 eggs

6 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp wheat powder

For cream:

2 eggs

2 tsp milk

10 tablespoons sugar

3 dessert spoons of wheat flour

vanilla sugar

For syrup:

0.5 tsp sugar

0.5 tsp water

2 tablespoons cognac

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer on maximum speed for 10 minutes. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix gently. Cover the bottom of the form with baking paper and carefully pour the dough into it. Bake for 1 hour in the oven at 160 degrees. Once cool, remove from the pan and cut into 3 loaves.

Make a cream: bring 1.5 tsp of the milk to boil together with the sugar. Beat the eggs, flour and the rest of the milk with the help of an egg beating wire until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you add to the boiling milk, pouring in a thin stream without stirring. Bring to a boil, add the vanilla sugar and cool the cream.

Soak the marshmallows with the syrup prepared from the products for it, cut the strawberries into circles. Put a thick layer of strawberries on the marsh, on them - cream, followed by marshmallows, strawberries, cream and again marshmallows. Spread the cake with cream (top and sides). You can sprinkle the sides with crumbs from the countertops. Garnish with whole strawberries and cool the cake before serving.
