How To Cook Cake With Poppy Seeds, Raisins, Cocoa And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 250 grams of crystal sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream (sour)
  • 1 teaspoon wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • half a cup of poppy seeds and raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For cream:

  • 500 grams of sour cream
  • 250 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the chilled eggs with the sugar until foamy.

 

Gradually add the cream, add the baking soda, without stopping the whipping process.

 

Then pour the sifted flour and make a homogeneous mixture that will be slightly liquid. Divide it into 3 equal parts.

 

 

Add poppy seeds to one and pour the dough into a pan on a sheet of parchment. Bake the marshmallows in the oven until ready at 160 degrees (for about 20-25 minutes).

 

In the second part, pour the raisins and bake the marshmallows in the same way as the first.

 

In the third, dissolve the cocoa and bake as well.

 

Let all the parts cool and cut them horizontally in half. Then glue the tops with cream from the whipped cream with sugar, alternating them in your preferred sequence.

 

 

Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
