Necessary products:

 

  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 325 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 50 grams of plain flour
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 275 grams of brown sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of coffee
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • peel of half a lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams of seed mix of your choice
  • 50 grams of finely chopped prunes

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the two types of flour, salt, baking powder, seeds, plums and stir. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat until thick.

Add the lemon zest, olive oil and coffee. Combine the two mixtures and add the butter. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Grease and knead a cake pan, pour the dough and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 30 minutes, cool, remove from the pan and cut. Serve and enjoy the taste.
