Necessary products

For the dough:

150 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
200 grams of flour + 1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons baking powder
50 milliliters of milk
2 eggs a
handful of raisins

For caramel:
50 grams butter
50 grams sugar
2 teaspoons water
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

cake pan with dimensions: 6.5 cm high, 9 cm wide and 24 cm long.

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter and sugar (for the dough), then cool.

 


Beat the eggs lightly and add them to the butter.


Pour the milk.


Gradually add the flour with the leavening agent.


Stir, no lumps should form.


Wash and dry the raisins, sprinkle them with a spoonful of flour and stir to cover with it.


Add to the thick dough.

 

Make caramel. Melt the butter and sugar in a suitable bowl.


Pour a little water.


Add the cinnamon and let the caramel boil for a few minutes.


Then distribute it evenly on the bottom of the prepared form.

 

 

A little later, pour the raisin dough on it.

 

Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

20 minutes later, reduce the temperature to 180 and let the cake bake for another 20 minutes.


Check readiness with a toothpick.
