The pesto is prepared in less than 5 minutes.

Necessary products:

  • 1 small kale connection
  • 1 large handful of fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 3-5 tablespoons vegetable broth

Method of preparation:

Wash the kale and remove its handles. Chop the leaves and blend them on low speed with lemon juice and vegetable broth. Then add parmesan, garlic and basil and continue to blend until smooth. Store in a closed jar in the refrigerator.

You can replace kale with roasted red peppers for delicious red pesto.
