Required products :

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1.5 kilograms of zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 peppers (sweet)
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 40 milliliters of vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper (ground)

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, cut into small cubes and grind in a blender.

Zucchini, onions and peppers also cut into cubes, and carrots - into circles or semicircles.

Boil the washed rice and drain the water using a colander.

In a separate saucepan put the tomatoes and peppers, place on the stove to boil the mixture.

When this happens, pour the rice into it and let it simmer over low heat.

Fry onions and carrots and then add to other products.

Pour the vinegar, add the spices and cook for about 10 minutes.

Then fill sterilized jars with the dish and close.
