For 2.5 kg of red peppers are needed :
Method of preparation :
Wash and cut the peppers into 4 or more pieces (remove the seeds and stalks).
Boil the marinade of vinegar, oil, honey and spices.
Put the peppers in the boiling liquid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Then take them out, arrange them in jars, add chopped garlic, pour the boiling marinade and sterilize for 15 minutes.
