How To Cook Canned Spicy Red Peppers With Honey And Cinnamon - Recipe

For 2.5 kg of red peppers are needed :

  • 250 milliliters of vinegar (6%) and oil
  • 150 grams of liquid honey
  • black pepper, bay leaf and cloves to taste
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and cut the peppers into 4 or more pieces (remove the seeds and stalks).

Boil the marinade of vinegar, oil, honey and spices.

Put the peppers in the boiling liquid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Then take them out, arrange them in jars, add chopped garlic, pour the boiling marinade and sterilize for 15 minutes.
