How To Cook Canned Stuffed Peppers With Cabbage And Carrots - Recipe

Required products :

  • 16 cloves of garlic
  • 40-45 small stuffing peppers
  • dill and parsley
  • 4.5 kilograms of fresh cabbage
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2.5 tablespoons salt

For the marinade :

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2/3 tea cup of vinegar (9%)
  • 1.7 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons salt

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the peppers (remove the tails and seeds), put them in hot water for 6-10 minutes, then cool.

Chop the dill, parsley, garlic and cabbage. Grate the carrots, chop the chili peppers.

Mix the cabbage with the carrots, add the garlic, parsley, dill and hot peppers (optional). Add sugar and salt, stir.

Fill the sweet peppers with the combination, arrange them in jars and start making the marinade.

 

Boil the water in which the sugar and salt were added, pour in the oil and vinegar.

Pour the hot liquid over the stuffed peppers and cook for 45 minutes.

Then close the jars and turn them upside down.
