Learn how to cook "Cannelloni with bolognese sauce and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of cannelloni pasta
500 grams of minced meat of your choice
400 grams of tomato puree
1 onion
200 grams of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon dry red wine optional
olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh basil leaves to taste
Method of preparation :
Start by making the sauce.
Peel an onion, finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil. Add the minced meat, break it into small pieces with a spatula and season to taste.
When almost done, add the tomato puree (or grated tomatoes), and finally the basil leaves.
You can also pour a spoonful of dry red wine if you wish. The sauce should be liquid.
Grease a suitable pan with olive oil and arrange the cannelloni in it. Drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees, preheating the oven.
About 20 minutes are enough to bake the dish.
Garnish with basil and serve with a glass of red wine.
