Learn how to cook "Caramel apple pudding with oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 apples

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup oatmeal

1/3 lemon

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

90 - 100 grams of butter

1/2 teaspoon sugar

4 - 5 eggs

3/4 tea cup of fresh milk

pinch of salt

For caramel:

20 - 30 grams of butter

1/3 tea cup of water

6 tablespoons sugar

pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them and let them stay in it for 10-15 minutes, then drain the liquid.

Peel the apples, grate them and grate them. Squeeze the lemon juice, grate the peel and add them to the apples. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cinnamon, mix everything.

Grind the oats, crush in a mortar or just grind with your hands. Pour them into the bowl with the fruit and pour the slightly melted butter. Then add the raisins and milk. Knead the dough.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained. Carefully add it to the dough, stirring lightly from the bottom up.

Grease a baking dish with oil.

Make caramel. Mix the products for it in a saucepan and bring the combination to a boil. Allow to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly and turns slightly yellow. Then pour the caramel on the bottom of the prepared form.

Put the pudding on top and bake the dessert in a gradually preheated oven at 170 - 180 degrees. Bake until firm (it should "spring" when you squeeze it with your fingers).

Wait about 15 minutes to cool and turn over on a suitable plate so the caramel will stay on the surface.

Serve the pudding hot.

Enjoy your meal!
