Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 bananas
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar or honey
  • 100 grams of ground walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 5 grams of soda

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a cake pan and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Melt the butter in a saucepan and caramelize the sugar. Pour it on the bottom of the form, cut the bananas and arrange them on top.

In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the honey or sugar, add the oil, vanilla and yogurt mixed with the soda. In another bowl, pour the flour, add a pinch of salt, baking powder, walnuts and combine the mixtures.

Mix until smooth and pour into the form. Bake the cake for 20 minutes on the lower rack and even more on the upper. Cool, invert, cut and serve.
