Required products :

  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons liquid high-fat cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 300 grams of kisses
  • 7 tea cups boiled air rice
  • 1/4 tea cup chocolate shavings for decoration
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to sprinkle the finished dessert if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Grease the bottom and walls of a tray measuring 13 x 9 cm.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly.

When the oil has melted, increase the temperature of the hob and stir without stopping for 2 minutes.

In the meantime, be careful not to boil the mixture.

Then reduce the heat to low, add the salt, vanilla extract and finally the kisses, again stirring constantly until the egg whites are completely melted.

Combine this mass with the rice and stir. The berries should be covered with caramel very well.

Then transfer the dessert to the prepared form and pour the melted chocolate shavings over it.

Refrigerate to firm.
