Required products :

2-3 apples
180 grams sugar
1 egg
5 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sesame
oil frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg, add water and 4 tablespoons of flour.

Stir.

Peel the apples cut them into pieces and remove the seeds.

Roll them in flour (1 tablespoon may not be enough, so use as much as necessary to cover all sides).

Dip the fruit in the breadcrumbs.

 

Fry in a large amount of hot oil.

You should get a gold coating, but be careful not to burn.

Remove the finished ones on paper to absorb the excess fat.

Once all the pieces are fried, start making the caramel.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and pour the sugar into it. Reduce the heat to medium and stir as soon as the sweet crystals begin to melt.

Stir vigorously towards the end of cooking.

When the caramel is ready, add sesame seeds and dip the apple pieces.

 

Stir quickly so that the fruit is evenly covered on all sides with the sweet shell.
