  • 30 milliliters of cooking cream (with a fat content of 15%)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • ground red pepper
  • 100 milliliters of apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes and carrots, slice two onions and the third as garlic cloves. Put the third chopped head in a small bowl, sprinkle with salt and pour vinegar. Cut the breast into two pieces, shape one as a comb, as seen in the photo, and remove the skin from the other and cut into thin slices.

Bake the combs in a dry pan. Pour the fat that separates into an elongated container with high walls.

Distribute 2/3 of the sliced onion on the bottom, put two pieces of the breast in the middle.

Clean the carp, remove the fins and tail, wash under running water. Rub the carp with salt inside, put the dill. Make 6 deep cross sections on the fish (about 2/3 of its thickness). Rub and cut with salt. Then put a piece of skinless breast in each (with the fat side out).

Place the fish in the prepared dish, add the sliced onions, sliced potatoes and carrots. On top distribute the "combs" breast and onion, which you left to marinate in vinegar.

Sprinkle everything generously with paprika.

Drizzle with the cream and spread the cherry tomatoes on which you have made cross-sections.

Wait 10 minutes for the cream to drain and reach all the layers. Then place in a preheated 200 degree oven and let the dish bake for an hour and a half.
