Necessary products:
2.5 kg of carrots
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tbsp gelatin
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
Method of preparation:
Soak the gelatin in 2 cups of cold boiled water for 40 minutes. Then warm it slightly until it dissolves. Squeeze the carrot juice with a juicer, mix it with the sugar and bring to the boil. Add the dissolved gelatin and lemon peel, heat, but do not allow the mixture to boil. Cool before starting to gel and beat with a mixer until foamy. Distribute in suitable cups or bowls and place in the cold until the dessert thickens. You can sprinkle with brown sugar before serving.
