1 tablespoon olive oil

110 grams of chopped smoked sausage chorizo

1 red pepper, chopped

6 slices of white bread cut into chunks

200 grams of canned corn

100 grams of halved cherry tomatoes

3 green onion stalks, chopped

125 grams of grated yellow cheese

500 milliliters of fresh milk

4 eggs

1 red or green hot pepper if desired

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil and fry the sausage and pepper until browned. Transfer to a plate lined with a napkin to separate the fat.

Lightly grease a pan and put half of the bread, sausage, pepper, corn, tomatoes and green onions in it. Cover with remaining bread, chorizo ​​and vegetables.

Mix the milk with the eggs and season. Pour into the pan on the products and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add chopped hot pepper if using. Cover with foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until golden.

Wait 5 minutes after baking before serving. If desired, you can serve with lettuce.
