Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of cauliflower, separated into roses
  • 13 eggs
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped fresh onions for decoration
  • hot or tomato sauce for sprinkling
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Method of preparation:

Put the cauliflower roses in the robot bowl and grind them very well until they are very small. Transfer them to a suitable container and cover. Put in the microwave for about 8 minutes to soften well. Beat the cauliflower and add one egg, grated Parmesan cheese and spices. Stir.

Take a tray for muffins or silicone molds and grease each with butter, then put an ice cream spoon of the mixture. Press it so that there is both at the bottom of the form and on the walls, the goal is to form a small cup. Transfer the pan to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
