How To Cook Cauliflower Puree With Garlic And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cauliflower puree with garlic and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped oregano
  • 1 stalk fresh parsley, chopped
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil water, add salt and boil the cauliflower. Strain it, put it in a bowl and add finely chopped garlic and olive oil. Stir.

 

Add oregano, rosemary, parsley and milk. Use a potato masher to make a fluffy puree, mash the cauliflower and stir again. Serve the puree warm, maybe cold. Ideal for garnish with meat and fish.
