Method of preparation:
Boil water, add salt and boil the cauliflower. Strain it, put it in a bowl and add finely chopped garlic and olive oil. Stir.
Add oregano, rosemary, parsley and milk. Use a potato masher to make a fluffy puree, mash the cauliflower and stir again. Serve the puree warm, maybe cold. Ideal for garnish with meat and fish.
