5 eggs
1 tsp flour
2 apples
1 tsp sugar
Method of preparation:
Make a mixture of eggs and sugar. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved, add the flour and beat well again.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
Line the baking tin with paper for this purpose and pour over the apples. Pour the mixture of eggs and flour on them. Bake until done.
