Required products :
200 grams of soft cheese or cheese
8 olives stuffed with almonds
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill (finely chopped)
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley or coriander
ground black pepper to taste
about 40 grams of olives for decoration
Method of preparation :
Grate the yellow cheese (cheese), add the finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise, black pepper and stir. Divide the resulting mixture into 8 equal parts and shape into balls. Put an olive with almonds inside each one.
Sprinkle the appetizer with green spices, garnish with pieces of olives and serve.
