Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 60 grams of starch
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

For cream:

  • 450 grams of cottage cheese / cream cheese
  • 400 grams of grapes (best to be seedless variety)
  • 375 milliliters of yogurt
  • 250 milliliters of liquid cream with 35% fat
  • 170 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • 20 grams of gelatin
  • 1 lemon

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs and sugar, add the oil, milk, flour, starch and baking powder. The dough should be slightly liquid.

Pour it into a detachable cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at an average temperature of 180 degrees. Remove from the pan, allow to cool.

Pour gelatin with cold water, wash and dry the grapes, cut in two 2/3 of them.

Sweep with cream.

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, lemon juice and yogurt. In the resulting cream add the dissolved gelatin, whipped cream and mix well all the ingredients.

Cover the cake pan with parchment, put the baked and already cooled loaf in it, spread it with a thin layer of cream. Then distribute the grapes cut in half and cover with the remaining cream.

Hit the bottom of the bowl on the hob several times so that the air bubbles left between the cream and the fruit disappear.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for two hours. When you take it out, transfer it to a tray, decorate with crushed hazelnuts, the remaining grapes and immerse yourself in its irresistible taste.
