Put the biscuits in a blender or mortar and grind them. Add the butter and stir. Spread the resulting mixture on the bottom of a cake pan and cool.
In a bowl, place the mascarpone, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix the mixture until homogeneous and pour it on the biscuit base.
Cool for 1-2 hours, add the jam and carefully distribute it. Glaze with rose jelly and cool again. After 2-3 hours, cut and serve.
