Necessary products

 

For the light swamp:

2 large eggs

For the chocolate cake:

2 eggs

a pinch of vanilla

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

 

For cream:

700 milliliters of fresh milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

3 tablespoons (topped) flour

150 grams of butter

1 gram of vanilla

1 teaspoon cream with a fat content of not less than 30%

Coconut shavings for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

Make two marshes from the indicated products, white and brown, respectively. To do this, mix the ingredients for each separately. First, beat the eggs, gradually add the sugar and beat for 8 minutes. Then put the flour (mixed with baking powder), pouring a spoonful of it into the egg mixture and vanilla.

Make a cream, also smashing the products for it. First, beat the eggs with half the sugar, add 1 cup of milk and flour, beat until smooth. Simmer until the cream thickens. Stir all the time.

 

Wait for it to cool (you can put it in a bowl with ice). Beat the butter with a mixer (it should not be melted), add it to the cream and beat again. Finally, add the cream. Start assembling the cake.

Cut the countertops in half to make a total of 4 pieces.

 

Then you will need 3 items to cut circles of different diameters (you can use a suitable plate, a plastic lid from a box and a jar lid, for example). Place the objects on the countertops and with a sharp knife cut the same circles of the two colors.

 

Then arrange the cake, alternating black and white, as shown in the photo.

 

Do the same with the other two swamps.

 

Smear one half with cream and put the other on top. Repeat.

 

Put the tops on top of each other and spread the same cream on the end.

 

Sprinkle the surface with coconut shavings and store the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours.
