How To Cook Chicken Bites With Cashews In A Spicy Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:


for the sauce:

 

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 50 milliliters of water

 

for the bites:

 

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • a few chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 dry hot peppers
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 250 grams of chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 stalk green onion

 

Method of preparation:


Mix all the ingredients for the sauce until homogeneous and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the cashews, remove and drain. Saute the chicken, garlic, onion and hot peppers in the same fat. Pour the nuts, add the sauce and stir the mixture. Leave it for 5 minutes on low heat. Then pour and serve the dish warm, garnished with finely chopped green onions.
