How To Cook Chicken Breast In Spicy Sour Sauce With Apple Juice And Ginger - Recipe

Necessary products: 

  • 900 grams of chicken breast (fillet)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 tsp chili (hot pepper)
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup brown powdered sugar
  • 2 pp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

Method of preparation:

Cut the chicken breasts into chunks. Heat olive oil in a large deep frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Take them out into a bowl. In the same pan in which you fried the meat, mix the apple juice with the water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup and spices. Heat the liquid over medium heat, without boiling, stirring until the sugar is completely melted. Then place the fried chicken pieces in the sauce pan. When it boils, reduce the heat and leave on the stove for another 20 minutes.

Chicken breasts are served with a garnish of boiled white rice.
